Great map. This map gives the area with the most population the attention of all four members of the delegation. The rural responsibility is split up evenly and (meaning everyone has significant rural part so the state. People will complain about not keeping SL as a whole but that puts a TON of burden on the other reps in our rural counties that need attention.

This might be the worst map I've seen. There is no reason at all to split Salt Lake County into four areas. Unless you absolutely want the largest county in the state to never have a say in their representative.

Why do we insist on splitting up SLC and attaching pieces of that population to rural areas? The residents of the Salt Lake Valley would be far better served by a representative or two that is able to focus on the needs of an urban majority, which deviate vastly to those in rural areas. If the aim is to split up the voting power of urban voters seeking a more progressive candidate in line with their desires, well done, this would accomplish that.
