This map fails to keep Salt Lake County, the most populous county in our state with 34% of the entire state population as a single community of interest. This map goes against allowing a single group to choose its own representative. The power of the citizenry is diluted with any division of this county.

I think too many counties and cities have weird splits and jagged edges. Having zero deviation split is not really helpful, as not everyone can vote, and it has already changed significantly since the census. It's more important to accurately represent the state.
However, the boundaries between the north and south rural districts are much better than proposal map D. So kudos on that one.
