This map fails to keep Salt Lake County, the most populous county in our state with 34% of the entire state population as a single community of interest. This map goes against allowing a single group to choose its own representative. The power of the citizenry is diluted with any division of this county.

Although I like the premise of this map, the division of SL County is unacceptable. SL County needs to be divided by municipality boundaries, rather than transportation boundaries. I cannot support this map.

While I think the split along I-215 makes sense, it requires splitting multiple cities. Minimizing splits of cities was priority #2 in prop 4, following geographic features was much lower down the list.

There's no transportation links between Uintah and Grand; I suggest either moving Grand and San Juan into district 3 or moving Emery and Carbon into district 2.
