This map fails to keep Salt Lake County, the most populous county in our state with 34% of the entire state population as a single community of interest. This map goes against allowing a single group to choose its own representative. The power of the citizenry is diluted with any division of this county.

The premise here is really good, and the divisions for the most part seem pretty good as well. However, there are some pretty bizarre divisions that look like they could be fixed by following county lines closer. Again, I think undue focus is on having exactly 0 deviation, rather than the needs and views of the communities involved.

I do like the premise of this map. This is probably the best map I have seen so far in dividing SL County (which is a given, as it is too large to be a single district on its own). However, Utah and Wasatch Counties are broken with very bizarre divisions. I cannot support this map.
