Another map not drawn by the independent redistricting commission that is impossible to read but "looks bad" as it seems to cut up Salt Lake. It sure would be nice to get rid of the weird dots covering everything up and replace it with overlays of where the actual cities lie. But, no.

This map fails to keep Salt Lake County, the most populous county in our state with 34% of the entire state population as a single community of interest. This map goes against allowing a single group to choose its own representative. The power of the citizenry is diluted with any division of this county.

We should not be splitting SLC into three districts. Urban, Suburban and Rural voters each have distinct and unique transportation needs, jobs, socio-economic opportunities, and interests. Each of them deserves fair and equitable representation. This map divides urban and suburban communities too much.

Moderate on this proposal - somewhat confused by including COI to the eastern border. Not the best choice.
