This map fails to keep Salt Lake County, the most populous county in our state with 34% of the entire state population as a single community of interest. This map goes against allowing a single group to choose its own representative. The power of the citizenry is diluted with any division of this county.

Morgan should go with the Ogden area because a majority of residents in Morgan commute to the Ogden area for work. The resulting population shifts from fixing that should allow you to keep Carbon County whole. If another county split is needed I'd take 3 into the Huntington area in Emery since it has strong ties to Carbon.
