This map fails to keep Salt Lake County, the most populous county in our state with 34% of the entire state population as a single community of interest. This map goes against allowing a single group to choose its own representative. The power of the citizenry is diluted with any division of this county.

Still don't love an east/west split in SLCo. Reinforces the "east-side/west-side" division, which I'd rather not do.

Good map, no real notes. Only thing is putting the Uintah basin in 3 means separating off more Provo suburbs from Provo itself, and as a matter of personal preference I prefer not to increase the division in one COI for the sake of moving a whole and relatively self contained community like the Uintah Basin from one district to another.
