It is impossible to keep all of one county as a single community of interest when that county exceeds 25% of the population of a state with four representatives. This map maintains county integrity for the most part; it's impossible to do it 100%, but this is about as close as I've seen, and I think that should be the goal more than "communities of interest" which appears to be a thinly veiled code word for attempts at partisan gerrymandering.

This map fails to keep Salt Lake County, the most populous county in our state with 34% of the entire state population as a single community of interest. This map goes against allowing a single group to choose its own representative. The power of the citizenry is diluted with any division of this county.

We should not be splitting Salt Lake County into three different districts. Urban, Suburban, and Rural citizens have different transportation needs, jobs, and socio-economic interests. These lifestyles should each be given fair representation and yet this map splits urban and suburban voters too much.

By far the best option - keeping rural Utah together as they have shared interests and recognizing that the Wasatch Front is where most of the state lives, and pays taxes.

A very reasonable map!
