I like that this map follows county boundaries for the most part! I'm not sure it makes sense to group Provo with the rest of Southern Utah though.

This map gives the closely knit communities of Millcreek and Holiday the right to be united in a congressional district rather than splitting it into 4 fractured pieces. This community should not be fractured for another ten years. This map is much better than the one being proposed by Sen. Scott Sandall and Rep. Paul Ray, which unnecessarily splits this community.
