Clearly following things like county lines in rural areas. Some of the divisions in the densely populated areas seem like they could be smoothed out to avoid jumping up and down individual streets. Going to be some confusion along the borders. Does seem to generally align along some of the school districts I'm familiar with. Probably not possible on this site, but that might be an interesting data point to overlay during any discussions and decision making meetings.
