Looks gerrymandered. At least SLC is together in one district.

This map overall is pretty decent, however the meandering lines and discontinuous areas in Salt Lake County don't make a lot of sense. Use either city boundaries or geographic features for your dividing lines in Salt Lake County and Utah County. The rest of the congressional boundaries that are based on County lines, make a lot of sense.
